This was more stressful than it needed to be. We ordered suits for the wedding party and they came in late, which really threw things off. Communication wasn’t great either, so we were kind of left guessing a lot of the time. not the experience I was hoping for.

I was really hoping this jacket would be better, but it just felt cheap when it arrived. The stitching was uneven, and the shape didn’t sit right on me at all. For the price, I expected much better. It was also frustrating because there were too many steps just to get everything sorted, which made the whole experience feel like more hassle than it was worth.

The weird part is, these trousers actually fit well when I first put them on, so I thought they’d be a solid buy. But after just a few wears, the fabric started feeling cheap and went baggy really fast. Then the seams began pulling too, which was disappointing. For the price, I expected them to hold up a lot better.

I was really hoping this would turn out right, but the final suit measurements weren’t even close to what I ordered. The fit was off, off enough that it just didn’t feel wearable.

Got a suit from InStitchu. First impression was good, honestly. The fit was close after a couple of tweaks, and the fabric felt decent. From a few steps back, it looked sharp enough.
But then I started noticing the little stuff. Some of the stitching inside the jacket was a bit rough. One seam on the trousers didn’t feel super sturdy either. Not a disaster or anything, just not as clean as I expected for the price. Probably a 3-star experience for me.

The fit turned out fine in the end, so I’ll give them that. But the alterations took way longer than I expected, and sitting around waiting got annoying. I’m not saying there’s some secret back-room schedule where they push certain orders ahead of others… but it definitely felt like my item disappeared into a tailor black hole for a while.

The fitting was simple and comfortable too, no awkwardness, no pressure, no standing around confused, no feeling like I was in the way. Everything just felt relaxed, from being greeted when I walked in, to trying things on, to asking questions, to getting help with the fit. it was one of those visits where you leave thinking, “Yep, that was easier than I expected.”

I expected this to be a simple, decent experience, but it ended up causing more stress than I planned for. It wasn’t terrible, but it definitely could have been a lot better, and I don’t really feel like it was worth the hassle.

The refund did eventually come through, so I’ll give them that, but it took a lot longer than I expected. It wasn’t the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with, but the whole back-and-forth was frustrating enough that I wouldn’t be in a hurry to order again.
